The role is within the Operations function and is focused on the end-to-end management of back-office activities related to insurance-based investment products (e.g.unit-linked / IBIPs). This position requires a hands-on, proactive professional who takes full ownership of operational activities, is able to identify and resolve issues independently, and actively proposes practical solutions and process improvements. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
