Rooms Division Supervisor (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

- Manages the entire Rooms Division Department (Front Office and Housekeeping)
- Coordinates the operational day-to-day business
- Develops, implements, and monitors standards
- Represents the house, guest assistance, and complaint management
- Prepares budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Cost and quality management
- Professional personnel management and development
- Productivity and employee work schedule planning
- Maintains and tends to the various systems involved in the operations of an international hotel group
- Works closely together with the general director

YOUR PROFILE:

- Several years of work experience in the front office and/or housekeeping areas
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
- Excellent Protel skills




- Excellent leadership qualities; attention to quality; highly flexible
- Perfect and professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Being of service is your calling
- Together with your team, you will ensure that our hotel guests receive the best possible service

For this position we offer a gross monthly salary from € 1.817,70 x 14 salary payments per year (in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) applicable to the Tourism and Hospitality Industry), with the possibility of a higher remuneration depending on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
