The Technical Specialist, based in Italy, is supporting the dealers and team in the field in technical advice and support / assistance. Is organizing and supporting the training season for all the brands and product. This role ensures consistent, high-quality training and support aligned with business priorities and customer support objectives. **Your Impact:** + Provide technical support and expert guidance on AGCO tractor technologies (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and PTx). + Assist dealers and sales partners in resolving complex technical issues and support field teams with case management and EWFR reporting. + Deliver technical training, support training programs, and act as an additional trainer for courses, trade shows, and exhibitions. + Commission AGCO tractor technology in the field and support new product launches and market introductions. + Support AGCO system technologies and tools (AGCO Net, Fleetscan, Tech Connect, CPQ, diagnostics), including on-site assistance and seasonal on-call support. **Your Experience and Qualifications:** **Note:** Please submit your application/CV in English. + Experience in aftersales, technical training,
or learning & development + Strong understanding of service environments and/or dealer networks + Ability to translate business and technical requirements. + Experience working in a global or matrix organization + Strong influencing and communication skills. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations. **Your Workplace:** You will work in 4 days Onsite from our Breganze site and 1 day Work from home.
