We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Officer to handle the full range of HR functions for our team — recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and internal support.

This is an onsite position based in China. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome to apply.

This role works closely with company leadership and handles sensitive employee information, so trust and discretion are essential.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding

HR Administration & Payroll

- Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, and leave records
- Coordinate monthly payroll data with accounting and ensure HR policies are followed

Internal Support & Culture





- Be the go-to contact for employee questions and help resolve issues
- Organize company events and support a positive work culture
- Help improve internal processes; open to learning AI and workflow tools
