- CoHSE Lead – Data Centre – ItalyOur client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced HSE Lead to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.Responsibilities• Site Safety Leadership
Develop, implement, and oversee the site-specific EHS management plan, ensuring compliance with Italian legislation, EU directives, and company standards. Promote a proactive safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors.
- Risk Management &
- Compliance
Lead risk assessments, method statement reviews, and safety audits.
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents and ensure continual improvement in EHS performance.
- Training &
- Awareness
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted training programmes to ensure all personnel are competent, informed, and committed to working safely.
- Incident Investigation &
- Reporting
Manage the reporting and investigation of accidents, near misses, and environmental events. Ensure root causes are identified and that corrective actions are communicated and verified.
- Stakeholder Engagement &
- Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with project management, client representatives, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparency and compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to company-wide EHS best-practice development.RequirementsMust have relevant Health &
- Safety qualifications i.e. NEBOSH
Must have 10+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have EU Passport or RTW in ItalyBenefits90,000 - 110,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, 160 net per week overseas allowance
