They are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan. Working alongside the project leadership team, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, and supporting the safe delivery of complex construction activities from construction through to commissioning.
Support the implementation and continual improvement of the project's Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. •Promote a proactive health and safety culture across all site activities.
•Conduct site inspections, audits and safety tours to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. •Review and monitor RAMS, permits to work and safe systems of work. •Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and health & safety briefings. •Monitor subcontractor compliance and provide practical HSE guidance to site teams. •Maintain HSE records, reports and project documentation. •Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies on HSE matters. Previous experience as an HSE Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor or similar within construction. •Experience on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or major construction projects. •Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation. •Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills. •Confident carrying out inspections, audits and incident investigations. •
