Description We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our team as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, specifically focusing on the Compensation Workstream/Employee Benefit Workstream respectively. You will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team, working on an innovative solution to implement Pay Transparency with all its facets, while directly contributing to the company's broader strategic goals of enhanced transparency. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and contributing to various tasks within the project, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, legal, and external consultancy teams.
This role will involve ensuring that our compensation & vantaggi policies and practices align with equal pay regulations, providing analytical insights, and contributing to the success of our Pay Transparency initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in shaping the Pay Transparency in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive across our organization in the Europe region How you will make an impact: Policy Review: In accordance with a guidebook provided, assist in the review and adjustment of compensation & benefit policies to ensure they align with equal pay principles, ensuring compliance with the evolving EU Pay Transparency legislation.
Compensation & Benefit Mapping & Valuation: In accordance with a guidebook provided, contribute to the compensation & benefits mapping and valuation process, helping to determine which compensation & benefit elements should be included or excluded from Pay Transparency reporting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various stakeholders, including Project Overall Lead, HR IT team, Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) Hub Leads, Country HR teams, HR Operations,
and Labour Law/Labour Relations and with external consultancy firm and tech solution provider.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively monitor the progress of tasks within the Compensation Workstream/Employee Benefits Workstream, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
Support in Tech Solution Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of tech solution EU Pay Transparency, ensuring they meet the required standards and support compliance with law.
Education& Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR – preferably with additional experience gained in compensation & benefits subject matters.
Soft & Hard skills : communication skills,strong sense of ownership and accountability and ability to work inclusively and collaboratively within teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Solid understanding of project management, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tolls experience : Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Language skills: Profound communication skills (written and spoken) in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
Experience in HR systems, and technology solutions for compensation and benefits would be a plus.
