OffertaDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across Southern Europe.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.Guide employee relations initiatives and handle workplace concerns effectively.Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll and LTI offerings.Drive organisational development and employee engagement programs.Work with senior management to help business growth and HR planning.Monitor and report on HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement.Competenze ed esperienza A successful Head of HR (Southern Europe)
