FCE/TG Sede di lavoro Northern Italy, frequent travels abroad Descrizione The CEO will hold full P&L; responsibility and will lead the long-term strategic, organizational and operational development of the Group.Key Responsibilities • Define and implement the Group strategy, supporting growth across existing business and new initiatives • Set operational and financial priorities ensuring effective performance management across the Group • Strengthen and integrate the organizational structure, promoting a high-performance culture • Oversee risk management and ensure appropriate standards of governance,
