Financial Performance Controlling Lead

We are looking for a Financial Performance Controlling Lead to support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making. The role acts as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive recommendations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Minimum 5 years of experience Experience within structured international organizations.

Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels. Degree in Economics , Finance or Management Engineering .

Advanced

English for reporting, presentations and business discussions. Strong knowledge of SAP and/or AS400 . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .

Experience within the Automotive industry . Exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments.

Experience driving cost optimization, profitability improvement and Working Capital initiatives.
