Our Services teams are continuously working to enhance service performance and deliver the best fitness experience possible.We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Technogym equipment, ensuring every customer receives reliable, high-quality service and a seamless experience.Your ImpactExecute effective root cause analysis of product issues, identifying proper parts and determining suitable solutionsPerform on-site jobs in line with customer SLAsAchieve field performance targets (TTS,
FTFR, JMR3)Manage stock of parts and maintain accurate inventory recordsEducate customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipmentProperly manage work orders and service reports in accordance with company proceduresSchedule on-site visits, keeping customers informed of expected arrival timesConduct light preventive maintenance and proactively detect issues in the fieldAct professionally and customer-oriented at all times, collecting structured feedback to identify customer needs and opportunitiesHandle service issues efficiently and escalate cases when appropriateAccurately report service data following assigned proceduresEnsure all work-related equipment and vehicles are maintained safely and responsibly in line with Health & Safety legislationAttend ongoing training sessions to stay up to date with new technologies, product releases, and best practicesMaintain and develop the "Master Certification" level to ensure elite expertise in Technogym equipmentAbout YouYou are passionate about technology and fitness, proactive, and hands-on, yet down-to-earth and ethical. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team,
always striving for excellence in customer service.What you should bring:3–5 years of experience in a similarfield service or technical maintenance roleDiploma or Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related technical fieldStrong mechanical skills with hands-on experience in assembly, maintenance, and repair of machinery or fitness equipmentBasic understanding of electronics and electrical systems for troubleshooting and diagnosticsProven ability to identify, test, and resolve technical and mechanical issues efficientlyConfidence working with hand tools, measuring instruments, and mobile diagnostic appsKnowledge of IT networking or connected devices (a plus)Excellent time management and organisational abilitiesExperience managing service visits, repairs, and maintenance ordersStrong communication and customer service skillsA mindset of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvementCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 45,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
