We partner with top industrial and manufacturing players to reshape core processes and build end-to-end digital ecosystems.With strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), we integrate world-class solutions (PTC, Dassault, Siemens) and help our clients optimize processes, innovate business models, and stay ahead of the competition.Backed by partnerships with iconic Made in Italy brands, we offer a dynamic, international, and innovative environment where technology becomes a true growth engine.Account ExecutiveMain responsibilitiesWe're looking for an Account Executive – PLM to join our established commercial team, dedicated to growing value within our existing customer base across the Large & Medium Enterprise segment.In this role, you will work within a highly structured sales organization and manage a portfolio of active clients, driving expansion opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of our PLM solutions.As Account Executive, you will:Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across PLM and AI solutions to expand the footprint within assigned customers.Leverage structured prospect lists to proactively expand relationships within each account and open new business lines.Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.Drive the entire sales cycle within existing accounts,
from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing.Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes and best practices within a well-organized, high-performance sales environment.Candidate profileProven experience in selling PLM solutions, ideally within structured commercial organizations.Strong client-facing presence and excellent professional standing, with the ability to engage credibly at multiple stakeholder levels.Background in managing portfolios of medium-to-large enterprise customers, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or logistics-driven environments.Solid understanding of PLM platforms and related technologies, with exposure to AI-driven or digital transformation solutions considered a plus.Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.You'll drive revenue expansion across key enterprise accounts, influencing how major clients adopt PLM and AI solutions.Join a well-structured sales organization where expertise in enterprise farming is highly valued and rewarded.Direct customer influence: Engage daily with leading industrial and manufacturing companies, helping shape their product lifecycle and innovation strategies.You'll operate within a mature commercial ecosystem that provides prospect lists, methodologies, and specialized teams to help you succeed.Benefits: Ticket Restaurants, Welfare, Training & e‐Learning, Employee Discount Platform.ASAP availability welcome.
