The Business Development

Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new client acquisition while managing a portfolio of existing affiliates within the real estate market to maximise revenue and build long‑term relationships. This is a client‑facing, travel‑based sales role covering Northern Italy, requiring regular in‑person meetings with affiliates and prospective clients. 2+ years’ proven success in a Real Estate business development role. ~ A target‑driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance,

or a related field.

Familiarity with CRM tools and affiliate management platforms. Monitor affiliate performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and revenue maximisation. Identify and engage with potential new clients within the target market, expanding GC Partners’ affiliate network.

Represent GC Partners at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and other internal teams to share insights and support broader business objectives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, affiliate performance, and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
