About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):11The TeamThe Servicer Evaluations team assigns and maintains rankings for mortgage, loan, and other servicing clients. Our rankings and published analysis reflect our opinion of each servicer's operational strengths, weaknesses, and overall abilities to service mortgages, loans, or other assets. Our team values collaboration, analytical excellence, and building lasting client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency in our evaluation process.The ImpactWe are seeking a self-motivated team member with strong analytical, time management, and communication skills who will meet with and manage servicer client relationships, create committee presentations that reflect each servicer's capabilities compared to peers, write rationales and press releases to publicly announce servicer ranking actions, and maintain the systems of record and databases.

and provide support to other analysts as directedBuild relationships with peers outside of your immediate team and function to enhance cross-functional collaborationAll employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per weekWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, economics, operations, business management, communications, or EnglishAn S&P; Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing, operations, audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages, or commercial or consumer creditAbility to make decisions and contribute to certain initiatives independently while excelling as a collaborative team member in a global, multicultural environmentStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsEffective interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholdersAnalytical, problem solving, and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) and AIAdvanced Excel skills and willingness to adapt to and incorporate AI into your analysis are preferredStrong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy of dataSolid customer service orientation with experience managing client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work consistently while leveraging team resourcesWillingness and ability to travelWe require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P; Global Ratings office.
