Electrical Harness Integration

Leader (EHIL)PURPOSE OF THE JOBYou will manage the Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible for. You will be responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to. RSC, Engineering, Train Electrical Reports Directly to: EHI Domain Leader Other Reporting to: TEE / Harness Design Leader Direct reports: Network & Links Internal CDL/HDL, TEEMechanical designer, Electrical Routing designer and Advanced Industrialisation Central team on multi-sites and transversals activities (tools deployment, Wo W sharing...)External Customer (Rolling stock)Components suppliers MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 90% (quality rate = modification validated OK / number of modifications applied)Respect of the delivery planning (included sub-contractor delivery):100% on time delivery Level of application of standard PPL:85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector. Configuration management of your deliverables:100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration database Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (Ro E)



management from previous projects:zero missing Ro EAccountable for: Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline and retrofit made of : Harness Design workload on your project/tender, Applying of the Metier rules and processes Responsible for: Delivery of harness 3 D models from mechanical integration, Managing the EHI QCD of your project, Managing the EHI work-load of your project, and effective utilization of Harness designer Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance) MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIESEducational Requirements Mandatory: Graduate from an Engineering School Desirable: Experience Mandatory: Total experience 5 + Years Electronic / Electrotechnical / Electro - Mechanical engineering knowledge Electrical CAD experience (at least 3 years)Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years)Desirable: Uses of E3 S or See One Railway experience Industrial and manufacturing view in order to better understand their "internal clients Competencies &
