Key Responsibilities：

——L2/L3 Technical Support

Perform system configuration, data maintenance, and user/account management

Troubleshoot complex technical issues escalated from L1 support; conduct root cause analysis and implement resolutions

Monitor daily business data, integration job statuses, and error logs; report findings to relevant teams

Support field/picklist updates, KPI/target assignments, survey and translation configurations

——Testing & Deployment

Validate new version releases to ensure compatibility with production data and successful feature functionality

Perform regression testing for system enhancements and new country rollouts

Assist with configuration data uploads during version upgrades or new functionality deployments

Document test results and maintain clear audit trails

——Service Delivery

Adhere to agreed service level targets for incident response and resolution

Maintain accurate records of all support activities and time spent

Submit monthly timesheets for approval prior to invoicing





Provide regular status updates and participate in coordination calls with project stakeholders

Required Qualifications：

——Technical Skills

Proven experience with Salesforce SFA platforms (Administration, Configuration, Support)

Strong background in L2/L3 technical support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Experience with testing and deployment activities (version upgrades, regression testing, configuration uploads)

Familiarity with integration monitoring and error log analysis

——Language & Location

Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)

Based within the EU region

Ability to provide services remotely with reliable internet access

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Independent, self-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Clear and professional communication with technical and business stakeholders
