- Co Document Controller - Data Centre – Italy Local applicants only Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.

Responsibilities Document Control &

- System Management

Manage and maintain all project documentation through the document control system, ensuring accurate version control, distribution, and filing in line with fast-paced data centre project requirements

Drawing &

- Technical Submittals Coordination

Control the flow of drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals between site teams, consultants,



and subcontractors, ensuring timely review and approval to support programme delivery

Compliance &

- Audit Readiness

Ensure all documentation meets strict project, client, and regulatory standards, maintaining full traceability and audit-ready records at all stages of the project lifecycle

Stakeholder Liaison

Act as the central point of contact for all document-related queries, coordinating closely with engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure seamless information flow

Reporting &

- Process Improvement

Produce regular document control reports and proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Requirements Must have 2+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects

Must be based within a commutable distance of Milan

Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Benefits40,000 - 50,000 + Package
