Your Responsibilities Ensure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and performance optimizationAnalyze critical incidents and identify root causes to improve machine reliabilityTranslate machine and process expertise into scalable digital solutions (monitoring concepts, diagnostic logic, data-driven features)Contribute to digital product improvement through data-driven insightsCollaborate with service engineers, product teams, and data specialistsDevelop best practices (troubleshooting, diagnostics, knowledge base) to scale expertiseSupport internal teams and customers in using digital tools for proactive maintenance
