Department: Customer Support Location: EMEA-Italy Compensation: €700 / month Description We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success, learn how to manage support tools, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location: San Donato Milanese Duration: 6 months Department: Customer Success Reports to: Customer Success Manager Role expectations Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner

Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members

Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system

Help maintain and update the knowledge base and FAQs

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Clinical, Sales) to resolve customer concerns

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve support skills What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field

Fluent in Italian and English

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Empathy, patience,



and a customer-first mindset

Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Sales force) is a plus
