APAC Region (international mobility required)We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our international team and support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the APAC region. This role requires a strong background in special foundations, with hands-on experience in: Diaphragm walls (Hydromill)Bored piles CFA piles (Continuous Flight Auger)Your Role As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating Site Managers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and HSE standards. You will also play a key role in managing technical challenges on site and supporting execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects Ensure construction activities are aligned with schedule, budget, and quality targets Monitor progress (progress tracking & reporting) and address delays or critical issues Validate execution methodologies (Method Statements)Oversee special foundation works, including:

Diaphragm walls with Hydromill Bored piles CFA piles Troubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges Contribute to cost control and procurement strategies Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture Manage relationships with clients, contractors,



and stakeholders Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or related field10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects Proven experience in special foundations (must-have)Strong technical knowledge of site operations and construction methods Solid understanding of project management and cost control Experience in international environments is a plus Key Skills Leadership and team coordination in multicultural environments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to operate both at strategic and hands-on operational level Fluent English (mandatory)Why Join Us Work on high-profile international infrastructure projects Be part of a highly technical and dynamic environment Take on a key role combining management and technical expertise Attractive compensation package and international exposure For this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges from 70.000,00 to 100.000,00 Euros, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the Construction National Collective Labour Agreement.
