This is a founding partnership opportunity. The selected individual will enter Institute Itech as a core institutional stakeholder, contributing to the strategic direction, financial solidity, and long-term development of the organization.

Institute Itech is extending an exclusive invitation to a Co-Founder & Board Member — an individual of proven professional standing, financial solidity, and strategic vision who wishes to become an integral part of the Institute's institutional foundation.

This is not a conventional investment opportunity, nor a passive financial participation.

The Founding

Investor & Board Member will hold a formal seat within Institute Itech's governance structure, contributing strategic guidance, institutional credibility, and network leverage alongside financial commitment.

The ideal candidate is a senior professional, entrepreneur, or institutional figure with a strong track record,



an established network relevant to Institute Itech's areas of activity, and a genuine interest in the intersection of technology, sustainability, and international innovation. Their involvement will be visible, purposeful, and directly connected to the Institute's most significant strategic decisions. Areas of Contribution:

Institutional Governance & Strategic Direction

Hold a formal seat on Institute Itech's Board, participating in strategic planning and governance decisions

Contribute high-level guidance on organizational development, international positioning, and long-term vision

Support the definition and oversight of Institute Itech's strategic priorities across its flagship project portfolio

Participate in key institutional reviews, board meetings, and executive-level engagements

Financial Participation & Institutional Solidity

Contribute to the financial foundation and institutional solidity of Institute Itech through a structured entry agreement

Support the organization's capacity to sustain and accelerate its research, development, and expansion activities

Participate in the structuring of investment rounds, capital allocation decisions, and financial strategy at board level

Network & Relationship Development

Leverage personal and professional networks to open strategic doors for Institute Itech across investment, institutional, and industrial ecosystems

Facilitate introductions to relevant investors, partners, government bodies, and innovation stakeholders

Represent Institute Itech at high-level events, forums, and institutional engagements where appropriate

Project Portfolio Oversight

Contribute strategic input to the development and commercialization of Institute Itech's flagship projects: Memoria™, Oxyleaf™, Terra™, Polaris™, Balloon™, and Biocity™

Support the identification of revenue generation, licensing, and partnership opportunities across the project portfolio

Participate in project milestone reviews and strategic pivots at governance level Profile We Are Looking For

Senior professional, entrepreneur, or institutional figure with a distinguished track record in business, finance, technology, or innovation

Demonstrated financial solidity and capacity to make a meaningful long-term commitment to a growing organization

Established network within investment, institutional, industrial,



or governmental ecosystems — nationally or internationally

Genuine alignment with Institute Itech's mission across environmental innovation, AI, urban development, and applied technology

Strategic mindset, long-term orientation, and commitment to active governance participation

Fluent English (strongly preferred)

Fluent Italian (preferred)

Absolute discretion, institutional credibility, and personal integrity Preferred Background

Experience as board member, advisor, or investor in technology, research, or innovation-driven organizations

Background in finance, private equity, venture capital, or institutional investment

Existing relationships within European, Middle Eastern, or Asian investment and institutional ecosystems

Familiarity with IP-driven business models, deep-tech commercialization, or research institute governance

This is a founding partnership appointment. Financial participation, equity terms, revenue share structure, and governance rights will be defined individually based on the profile, commitment level, and strategic contribution of the selected candidate.
