The Industrial Audit Associate will join the FENDI WW Internal Control team, reporting to the WW Internal Control Sr. Manager, with a specific focus on the continuous monitoring of the FENDI supply chain, in line with regulatory, Maison and Group requirements.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure a critical, risk-based approach to the auditing process.
- Manage supervision of the external audit firms, including coordination of audit activities and scope definition for special audits.
- Monitor and adapt the audit plan, in coordination with other Sister Brands.
- Ensure a critical analysis of audit results and coordination of subsequent actions.
- Establish continuous exchange with the Industrial Divisions and other Sister Brands.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Group through the dedicated tool (Allegro).
- Support the preparation of internal periodic reports.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or Management.
- Fluent English mandatory; Italian a strong plus.
- 3–5 years, with relevant expertise in audit procedures. Specific experience in ESG/CSR audits is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis and analytics tools (Excel, analytics) and presentations (PowerPoint).
- Professional skepticism, fast-learning attitude, curiosity, team player able also to work as an individual contributor.
Occasional travel, mainly within Italy.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 30.000

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy.

MAISON
The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style.
