At Carpe Diem Tours we are looking for experienced, passionate, English-speaking people to join our team of exceptional hosts and guides!

About Us:

We are Carpe Diem Tours, a leading travel agency based in Italy. We offer personalized and engaging tours around some of the world’s most captivating cities and sights. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable freelance host to join our dynamic team and work in our cooking classes.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare and maintain the venue, kitchen, and bar stations to Carpe Diem Tours' operational and hygiene standards.
- Welcome guests, manage check-in procedures and ensure a positive guest experience throughout the session.
- Assist the chef during the cooking class and supports delivery of the service.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during and after service, including proper handling of equipment and dishware.
- Clean, organize, and close the venue at the end of each shift, including waste disposal,



inventory upkeep, and handover communication to the team.

What we’re looking for:

- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required – charisma and enthusiasm matter more!
- Ability to speak to groups and engage with different audiences.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must have either a partita IVA or be willing to do a "ritenuta d'acconto" for invoicing.
