ppØ Classify and manage original evidence documents. /p pØ Assist in updating well-known trademark evidence, including outdoor ads, social media promotion, print magazines, media plans visuals, significant events, annual reports, store lists, brand rankings, etc. Tasks include coordinating with business functions (i.e. Communications, Finance), notary publics, and interested parties; participating in offline notarizations; following up on the issuance of notarial certificates; scanning documents; performing time-stamp evidence preservation ; /p pØ Research civil enforcement targets, including identifying genuine LV reference products from the Product Library and the official LV website, performing online offline investigations, and secure evidence through preservation methods such as time-stamping and official notarization. /p ullibSupport LVC Business Departments from IP Perspective /b /li /ul pØ Approve the contract applications in OA system. /p pØ Update the contract list. /p pØ Support the music license application for mainland stores and events. /p ullibSupport the Collaboration with Paris and HK IP Teams /b /li /ul pØ Prepare remittance reports to Paris team and upload the tax receipts requested by HK team. /p pØ Prepare update emails to Paris portfolio team and Internet team for civil enforcement cases. /p pØ Support evidence collection to defend non-use cancellations, invalidations, oppositions and etc. /p pØ Greeting cards, contact update requested by HK. /p ullibPrepare Summary Tables, PPTs and Other Documents /b /li /ul pØ Prepare invoice summary list.
