We are an international, diverse and fast-paced organization, operating in multiple countries with strong industrial roots and an ambitious transformation agenda.We are now looking for an HR Manager Italy, based at our Gambassi plant, who will act as the local HR lead for both of our Italian sites
- Gambassi and Forlì while being an active member of the local management teams and our HR team.

This role is key to translating global HR strategy into impactful local execution: close to the business, close to people, and close to our operations.If you enjoy wearing multiple HR hats, partnering with leaders, driving change and building engaged teams in a production environment, this role is for you.Your MissionAs HR Manager Italy, you will be responsible for the full HR agenda across our Gambassi and Forlì plants, ensuring alignment between global HR strategies and local business and legal realities.You will:Implement the HR strategy in close connection with business priorities and operational needs across both plantsAct as a trusted HR Business Partner for local management, supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational change and a high-performance cultureEnsure consistent implementation of global HR policies,



adapted to local context and Italian legislationLead all local HR processes within the regional HR team:Recruitment & selectionTalent identification, succession and retention planningLearning & development support & local training managementEmployee relations & social dialogue: oversee employee relations in a production environment, including conflict management, disciplinary processes and local litigations.

Lead and support relations with trade unions and RSU/RSA, and manage the application of the relevant CCNL across both sitesPayroll and all related labor administrationMonitor attendance, absenteeism and workforce data across both plants, turning insights into actionEnsure full compliance with Italian labor law and internal standards across the plantsHR reportingDrive HR improvement initiatives based on data analysis and business needsSupport and lead HR transformation projects, including process standardization, digitalization and future skills developmentCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a strong employee experienceSupport certification audits from an HR perspectiveYou will be supported locally by an HR team member and functionally connected to the regional HR organization.
