We are looking for a driven specialist with strong Affiliate Partner Marketing experience in Italy to help execute and scale our strategy in line with our ambitious DTC trading and growth objectives. /p pReporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of the affiliate channels, with the mission to manage affiliate programs, optimize sales initiatives, and accelerate growth with key partners across Italy. /p pThis role will execute and adapt the affiliate and partner plan, while planning and delivering promotions and growth initiatives across the region.



/p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ulliExecute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Italy to drive DTC revenue growth. /li /ul ulliManage the AWIN affiliate network in close collaboration with AWIN Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and performance. /li /ul ulliIdentify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including publishers such as influencers, cashback, voucher, content- tech partners, price comparison sites, CPC cooperation’s etc. /li /ul ulliNegotiate commercial terms and conditions with the affiliate network and individual affiliate partners to maximize performance and profitability. /li /ul ulliPlan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives together with affiliate partners and the network. /li /ul ulliManage creatives, offers, commissions, and ongoing communication with publishers within the affiliate network. /li /ul ulliMonitor performance againstKPIs,analyzetrends, and continuously optimize the channel. /li /ul ulliAttend meetings and prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders. /li /ul ulliBuild and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key affiliates while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix. /li /ul ulliCollaborate closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support overall business objectives.



/li /ul ulliSupportSharkNinjaproduct launches, key trading moments, and the testing of new growth opportunities. /li /ul ulliContribute to regional and global best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the affiliate channel. /li /ul h3Administration /h3 ulliOwn day-to-day affiliate platform and network management. /li /ul ulliCreate promotional codes and manage sample send-outs, commission adjustments, campaign setups, sales validations. /li /ul ulliBrief, coordinate, and manage banner and creative requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperations. /li /ul ulliEnsure accurate tracking, attribution,product feeds,and smooth technical execution across all affiliate activities. /li /ul ulliManage budgets, onboard vendors, coordinate contracts with Legalas well as relevant invoice coordination. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ulliExperience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing and/or performance marketing. /li /ul ulliStrong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, platforms, and top publishers in Italy. /li /ul ulliHands‑on experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN experience preferred). /li /ul ulliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. /li /ul ulliExcellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working with external partners. /li /ul ulliProactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven, thriving in a fast‑paced, international environment. /li /ul ulliCommercially minded with a creative, test‑and‑learn approach. /li /ul ulliFluency in Italian /li /ul p#LI-HYBRID /p h3Our Culture /h3 pAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day. bOur Outrageously Extraordinary mindset /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
