You will operate in a complex, solution-oriented environment where technical value and commercial strategy come together to accelerate the transition toward more efficient and sustainable energy systems.Take the next step in your career and help us build what comes next.What You’ll Be DoingDrive growth across strategic OEM accounts by developing targeted commercial plans aligned with global objectives and sustainable profitability goals.Create and implement long-term account strategies, with clear value propositions and structured pipelines.Build strong, multi-level relationships within OEM organizations, from technical teams to senior decision-makers.Lead complex, cross-functional project execution with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Logistics, and Internal Sales.Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making and product evolution.What We're Looking ForDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics,
