Elevate is partnering on this project, supporting the club’s commercial transformation. /p h3Role Summary – Head of Ticket Sales Operations /h3 pAs part of the new stadium project, the Head of Ticket Sales Operations will lead Venezia FC’s premium and ticketing sales strategy, manage a high‑performing sales team, and drive commercial growth during an exciting period of transformation. The position is pivotal in generating revenue and elevating the brand across season tickets, group sales, premium hospitality, and special events. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and inspire the sales team, fostering a results‑driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and excellence. /li liDrive premium and ticketing revenue by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue across premium hospitality, seasonal memberships, and match‑by‑match ticketing. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the new stadium, shaping product mix, pricing, and sales phasing. /li liOwn premium and ticketing business plans,
set ambitious revenue targets, define sales objectives, and monitor performance against key commercial metrics. /li liBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate clients and high‑value supporters through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships. /li liUtilize CRM systems and market intelligence to track performance, forecast revenue, and inform strategic decision‑making. /li liPartner closely with marketing, partnerships, and finance to align campaigns, optimize lead generation, and deliver integrated commercial outcomes. /li liPrepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership. /li liProvide strategic oversight of ticketing operations and technology to ensure efficient inventory management and a seamless customer journey. /li liStay informed of global trends in sports and entertainment to continuously innovate and position Venezia FC as a leader in premium fan experiences. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field. /li li7–10 years of senior sales leadership experience, preferably in professional sports. /li liProven experience managing a team and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
/li liFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Vivaticket, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft CRM). /li liFluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3Skills Abilities /h3 ul liOutstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. /li liStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure. /li liAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the football season. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite. /li liStrong analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach. /li liHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to lead diverse teams with empathy and accountability. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liLocal travel to in‑market events is required. /li liThe incumbent primarily works in an office environment but is expected to attend all events. /li /ul h3Position and Benefits Details /h3 ul liAnticipated Salary: €100,000 – €115,000 + Premio. /li liHealthcare and life insurance. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pThis position is open to all qualified candidates.
