For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. /ph3The Opportunity /h3ulliAct as a key account lead within the Data Centre sector, building trusted client relationships based on partnership and delivery excellence /liliLead and oversee strategic client projects, ensuring delivery against programme objectives, commercial targets and contract performance measures /liliChair and lead meetings with senior client stakeholders, contractors and project partners /liliSupport business growth by developing new client relationships and securing repeat work /liliLead pre- and post-contract cost management across complex construction programmes /liliManage the tender and procurement process, from preparation of tender documentation through tender analysis and recommendation /liliProduce and review estimates, cost plans and commercial strategies for major developments /liliMonitor project spend through valuations, cost reporting and change management, clearly communicating risks and opportunities /liliSupport the preparation and negotiation of final accounts,



ensuring best value for clients /liliLead the resolution of construction disputes, variations and loss/expense claims with transparency and commercial clarity /liliNegotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with contractors and external partners /liliLead and mentor cost management professionals, driving performance, development and technical excellence /liliFoster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation and client value /liliSupport team growth through coaching, knowledge sharing and structured development /li /ulpWe would love to hear from you if you: /pulliAre an experienced cost manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership /liliAre chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help /liliAre savvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunities /liliHave a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline /liliHave experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects /liliHave experience on Data centre,
