ph3Location /h3 pUK, Italy, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pParticipate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large‑scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. /p pPerform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including: /p ul liFire Suppression System (FSS) /li liLiquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS) /li liDC Circuits (up to 1500 V DC) /li liAuxiliary AC Circuits (220 V/400 V AC) /li liBMS Communication Systems /li /ul pAssist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles. /p pSupport on‑site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team. /p pParticipate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid‑connection testing, and project acceptance activities. /p pSupport customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage. /p pTrack commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. /p pCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (RD, Quality, After‑Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) to resolve site issues efficiently. /p pComply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pBachelor's degree or above. /p pPreferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines. /p p1‑3 years (Engineer),



5 years+ (Manager) of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries. /p pFamiliarity with one or more of the following areas: /p ul liBasic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; /li liEnergy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; /li liBasic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; /li liIndustrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP; /li liCommunication networks and fieldbus technologies. /li /ul pAbility to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings. /p pKnowledge of BESS grid‑connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred. /p pProficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. /p pStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. /p pFluent in English for daily work and on‑site communication; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required. /p pWillingness to travel extensively and undertake long‑term assignments at project sites overseas, including Europe and other international locations. /p h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 pExperience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV), or wind power projects. /p pLow‑voltage and/or high‑voltage electrical certification, or equivalent electrical qualifications. /p pExperience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment. /p pAdditional language skills such as German, Spanish, or French are an advantage. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
