Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives. /p pBy giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 pAs our Financial Accountant (L.68/99), you’ll be the person who will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the accounting department of Satispay Group through various tasks. /p pHere’s what your day-to-day will look like: /p ul libGeneral Ledger and Subledger Ownership - /b Ensuring accurate and timely postings, robust documentation standards, and full reconciliation of subledgers. Oversee accounts payable and receivable ledgers, ensuring proper clearing of suspense accounts and accurate reconciliation of bank movements. /li libBalance Sheet Integrity - /b Prepare and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring traceability and consistency across accounts. /li libFixed Assets and Capex Accounting - /b Manage capitalisation policies, amortisation schedules, and related accounting treatments.
/li libPayroll Accounting - /b Oversee payroll accounting entries in coordination with external providers, ensuring accurate accruals, reconciliations, and consistency with statutory records. /li libAudit and Compliance Support - /b Act as key contact for statutory auditors and provide structured, high-quality supporting documentation. /li libTax and Regulatory Support - /b Prepare accounting data required for VAT and other tax filings, ensuring consistency with accounting records. /li libContinuous Improvement - /b Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and documentation within the accounting function. /li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 pWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in!br/Does this sound like you? /p ul libRelevant experience /b - At least 2 years of experience in accounting within fintech, finance, or corporate services, with strong exposure to full closing cycles. /li libAccounting knowledge /b - Solid knowledge of local accounting principles (Italian and/or Luxembourg GAAP), IFRS exposure is considered a plus. /li libProactive mindset /b- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with precision. /li libOrganisational skills /b- Excellent organisational skills, capable of balancing teamwork with independent execution. /li libTechnical skills - /bComfortable working in structured ERP environments and modern digital accounting ecosystems. Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency are required. Experience with automation, data tools, or scripting-based workflows is a plus. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus. /li libLanguages /b- Fluency in both Italian and English,
