ppbPeoItaly /b, an employment agency authorised by the Italian Ministry of Labour, is recruitment on behalf of a binternational general contractor /b delivering large-scale Data Centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. /ppWe are recruiting btwo CSA Engineers /b to join the client's engineering and construction team on a major Data Centre development in the Milan area. /ppThe role sits at the intersection of design coordination and site delivery. The successful candidates will support the delivery of bCivil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) /b packages, ensuring that technical information is coordinated, buildable and properly integrated with Mechanical and Electrical systems. /ppEach CSA Engineer will follow assigned work packages through detailed design, technical submissions, construction, inspections, completion, as-built documentation and final handover. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate the technical delivery of assigned Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages. /liliReview drawings, specifications, technical submittals, RFIs and other construction documentation. /liliVerify that design information is complete, coordinated and suitable for construction. /liliCoordinate designers, site supervisors, specialist subcontractors and construction teams. /liliIdentify and help resolve interfaces between CSA packages and Mechanical and Electrical systems. /liliSupport the resolution of design queries, site constraints, clashes and multidisciplinary coordination issues. /liliMonitor construction progress, workmanship and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. /liliSupport the preparation and review of method statements and risk assessments relevant to assigned CSA works. /liliCoordinate technical inspections with QA/QC, EHS and site-delivery teams.

/liliSupport the management and closure of non-conformities, technical comments, punch-list items and outstanding actions. /liliMaintain accurate technical registers, as-built information and completion documentation. /liliMonitor and report design changes, variations, programme risks and construction constraints affecting assigned packages. /liliSupport the completion and handover of CSA works and completed project areas. /liliParticipate in technical, coordination and progress meetings with project stakeholders. /li /ulh3Candidate profile /h3pbWe are interested in candidates with: /b /pulliA degree in bCivil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture /b or a related discipline. /liliPrevious experience delivering CSA packages on complex construction or engineering projects. /liliThe ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation. /liliExperience reviewing technical submittals, RFIs and design information. /liliA practical understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and CSA–MEP interfaces. /liliKnowledge of construction QA/QC, inspection and HSE processes. /liliFamiliarity with method statements, non-conformities, punch lists and completion documentation. /liliStrong organisational and problem-solving skills. /liliGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively with designers, contractors and site teams.
