ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and direct the activities needed to deliver efficient, timely factory processes at the desired level /li liTranslate production basis to local language /li liResponsible for setup of production processes according to the production strategy of Vestas Blades /li liResponsible for cooperation with Maintenance technicians on maintenance of equipment in the production area to meet operational requirements and company values and image /li liPreparation and maintenance of necessary production documentation for correct manufacture of products /li liProvide technical support and training to production teams when required as it applies to production processes, documentation, and setup of production lines /li liTake responsibility for all issues related to production process issues /li liIdentifying key potentials, and implementing action plans through reporting systems to improve production quality /li liImprove existing production processes to support continuous improvement on production lines, and make it more robust /li liCooperation with Production Quality Department, supporting cross-plant system issues that impact overall compliance /li liCooperation with MAN-Blades, PE team, Technology team to secure knowledge and understanding of production strategy /li liInterface to cooperate with Manufacturing Tools Equipment department, secure knowledge and understanding of production strategy /li liProvide timely support to all shifts defined by project needs,



production schedule, and production processes issues /li liHandling change control of process areas, procedures in the factory /li liAssist with additional projects and duties as assigned /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree (5-year program) in Engineering, with a focus on manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering related to blade production /li liAbility to remain focused and professional under tight deadlines /li liProficiency in Italian, both written and spoken /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken /li liSolid understanding of quality processes, methodologies, and reporting practices /li liWell-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills /li liPrevious experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production environments is highly appreciated /li liFamiliarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis) /li liKnowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards /li liExperience with ERP or quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms) /li /ul pDemonstrates expertise in production process management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies, with a strong focus on manufacturing engineering principles.
