In this role you will playa vital part in translating creative vision into high-quality, commercially viable products, ensuring trims are developed in line with design intent, timelines and budget. Working collaboratively across Design, Product Development and Engineering, you will help bring innovation and craftsmanship to every detail. /ph3bRESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3ulliBuild and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, developing a clear understanding of capabilities, capacity and delivery timelines. /liliLead seasonal trim research and present new concepts that align with design direction and brand standards. /liliDefine and manage the trim development critical path, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively addressed.



/liliOversee the sourcing, ordering and delivery of trims, ensuring quality, cost and timing targets are achieved. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and support product testing. /liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date information within PLM systems, ensuring consistency and transparency throughout development. /li /ulh3bPERSONAL PROFILE /b /h3ulliStrong understanding of trim development, materials and construction, with the ability to translate design concepts into technical solutions. /liliProven experience working with vendors, with the ability to communicate clearly and build effective partnerships. /liliConfident managing multiple projects, balancing creativity with commercial awareness and cost considerations. /liliKnowledge across areas such as fabrics, raw materials, garment construction and leather is highly valued. /liliEffective communicator, comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and navigating challenges collaboratively. /liliExperience with relevant systems and tools, including PLM and Microsoft Excel, with a detail-oriented approach to accuracy. /li /ulh3bFOOTER /b /h3pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
