ppWe are looking for an OT Technical Lead to deliver and validate end-to-end OT cybersecurity solutions through controlled pilot deployments in live factory environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring both security and operational effectiveness, supporting the scale-up of a global cybersecurity initiative. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate approved OT cybersecurity designs and recommendations into executable pilot technical packages /li liAssess implementation against approved architecture, standards, and policies, identifying design gaps and factory-specific constraints /li liPropose pragmatic technical and operational countermeasures and improvements to the reference technical package /li liAct as the remote technical lead during the pilot phase, coordinating local OT, IT, and act as a bridge between global and local Operations teams /li liEnsure pilot implementation and testing activities are safe for production and aligned with plant constraints /li liCoordinate and technically steer external vendors (OEMs, integrators), ensuring alignment with pilot scope and targets /li liDrive the validation of the delivered configurations and outcomes, and coordinate functional, integration, and security testing during pilots /li liTroubleshoot OT/IT/cyber issues across networks, firewalls, access paths, and tools /li liEnsure compliance with OT security standards and internal policies, supporting the assessment of cyber risk reduction /li liProduce structured pilot documentation, including configuration reports, test scripts, user manuals, procedures, and lessons learned /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field preferred. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in OT Engineering, OT Cybersecurity, OT Consulting, or OT/IT integration. /li liExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments. /li liStrong knowledge of:
/li liNetwork Security Remote Access /li liPAM Active Directory /li liSCADA and Industrial Networks /li liExperience leading technical deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and coordinating vendors or technical teams. /li liExperience with risk assessment, compliance, and technical documentation. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liProblem-solving and analytical mindset. /li liIndependence and accountability. /li liAgile and solution-oriented approach. /li liEnglish: Professional written and spoken proficiency. /li liItalian: Professional written and spoken proficiency /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with OT cybersecurity projects in manufacturing environments. /li liKnowledge of PAM, remote access solutions, and OT security standards (e.g. ISA/IEC 62443). /li liCertifications such as GICSP, OT Cybersecurity, Scrum, Agile, or Project Management are a plus. /li liStrong testing and validation mindset. /li liExperience working with SCADA, industrial networks, and shop floor environments /li /ul h3Work conditions /h3 ul liWorking hours: 40 working hours per week /li liContract type: Permanent /li liWorking setup (hybrid, on site, remote): Hybrid, 1/2 days from home /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liSalary starting with 50000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level. /li /ul pThe final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral, objective criteria, such as, but not limited to the experience and seniority level required for the role, as outlined in the job description.
