They support the sales representatives during technical feasibility stage on customer projects, provide heat transfer knowledge on prioritized applications, with ability to withstand conversations and discussion with the RD of the largest multinational companies. /ppbMain Activities /b /pulliResponsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally. /liliDrive product and process validation projects. /liliProvide input and support for trainings. /liliProvide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle. /liliProvide input on legislation and design standards.

You have a couple of years experience on a technical support role (also training experience is well appreciated), within Heating or HVAC industry. You have a successful track record based on your supportive behavior in combination with excellent communications skills. /ppAs we operate in an international environment, it’s key that you are fluent in both written and spoken English and understand how to work in a cross‑functional organization. /ppAt Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package.
