Our mission is to simplify access to space communications by delivering reliable, scalable and secure ground segment services to customers worldwide. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pLeaf Space is looking for a Ground Station Systems Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure team and support the technical operations of our worldwide ground station network. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance and operational readiness of our antenna infrastructure by supporting troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning and new site deployments. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, AIT and external partners, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our global ground segment while helping deliver reliable satellite communications services to customers worldwide. /p pThis position combines hands‑on engineering, site operations and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑growing international space company. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Ground Segment Engineering /h3 ul liTroubleshoot antenna and ground station issues, coordinating with service providers, on‑site teams and equipment manufacturers. /li liDevelop and execute troubleshooting and validation procedures for antenna and ground station systems. /li liSupport maintenance planning and corrective actions to maximise ground station availability. /li liParticipate in technical investigations and root cause analysis. /li liPrepare technical documentation, operational reports and engineering recommendations. /li /ul h3Site Operations /h3 ul liAct as the technical point of contact for operational issues affecting active sites. /li liCoordinate maintenance activities with site hosts and infrastructure providers.



/li liMonitor infrastructure status, availability and operational performance. /li liMaintain accurate documentation of site configurations and infrastructure assets. /li /ul h3Deployment Commissioning /h3 ul liSupport new ground station deployments and commissioning activities worldwide. /li liParticipate in site surveys and RF assessments. /li liCoordinate installation readiness together with Operations and AIT teams. /li liSupport antenna dismantling and equipment recovery activities. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liAnalyse site performance data and identify improvement opportunities. /li liSupport reliability and infrastructure hardening initiatives. /li liContribute to engineering best practices and operational procedures. /li liSupport internal projects related to network expansion and infrastructure optimisation. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor's or Master's degree in: /p ul liTelecommunications Engineering /li liElectronic Engineering /li liAerospace Engineering /li liElectrical Engineering /li lior related discipline. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 pAround 3-5 years of experience in: /p ul liGround Segment Engineering /li liSatellite Communications /li liRF Systems /li liSite Operations /li liAntenna Systems /li /ul pExperience within the space industry is considered an advantage.
