ph3PRODUCT DESIGNER /h3 pThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of the quality ofbr/technical activities (feasibility studies and design) and related outputs, by carrying out coaching actions for team members andbr/by participating in project progress meetings, promoting and verifying the execution of feasibility studies. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES /h3 ul liEnsure technical support for design activities. Collaborate with the team in the development of projects,br/guaranteeing accuracy in both 2D and 3D design, and contributing to the definition of formal and functional solutions. Identify effective production solutions. /li liSupport in client management. Participate in meetings with clients, actively listening and asking relevant questions tobr/guide them toward the most effective and cost efficient work plans. /li liAutonomous management of areas of responsibility. Independently coordinate small design challenges lasting from 1 to 5 daysbr/within larger projects, or manage small scale projects, ensuring execution within timelines and according to company standards, while coordinating suppliers. /li liGraphic development. Produce sketches and work in progress renderings for internal discussions, supporting the team in the visual communication of design ideas. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS /h3 ul liEducation. Degree in Industrial Design or related fields. /li liExperience. Experience in projects covering the entire design process,
from defining stakeholder needs to the prototyping phase. /li liTechnical design. Strong competence in 2D and 3D design, with deep knowledge of tools and software required to complete design activities. /li liDevelopment of design solutions. Ability to conceptualize formal and functional design directions without the need for supervision. /li liWriting and communication. Ability to write clearly, expressively, and concisely, without the need for revision. /li liLanguages. Fluent English, with the ability to communicate in professional contexts and present to small groups. /li liJudgment and autonomy. Ability to identify obstacles and opportunities and propose solutions independently. /li liCoordination. Collaboration with the team to improve the overall quality of project work and provide support to colleagues. /li liLeadership. Ability to defend design choices and support junior designers. /li liOwnership. Autonomous definition of work direction and proactive request for check ins when necessary. /li liCommunication. Key contribution to project planning and external representation with minimal support. /li liFeedback. Openness to feedback aimed at improvement, and ability to provide constructive feedback to junior designers to enhance their knowledge and skills. /li liContribution.
