We are looking for a bdriven specialist /b with strong bAffiliate Partner Marketing experience /b in Italy to help execute and scale our strategy in line with our ambitious DTC trading and growth objectives. /ppReporting into the bPerformance Marketing Manager /b, you will be responsible for the bday-to-day execution and optimization of the affiliate channels /b, with the mission to manage affiliate programs, optimize sales initiatives, and accelerate growth with key partners across Italy. /ppThis role will execute and adapt the affiliate and partner plan, while planning and delivering promotions and growth initiatives across the region.



/ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliExecute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Italy to drive DTC revenue growth. /liliManage the AWIN affiliate network in close collaboration with AWIN Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and performance. /liliIdentify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including publishers such as influencers, cashback, voucher, content- tech partners, price comparison sites, CPC cooperation's etc. /liliNegotiate commercial terms and conditions with the affiliate network and individual affiliate partners to maximize performance and profitability. /liliPlan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives together with affiliate partners and the network. /liliManage creatives, offers, commissions, and ongoing communication with publishers within the affiliate network. /liliMonitor performance against KPIs, analyze trends, and continuously optimize the channel. /liliAttend meetings and prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders. /liliBuild and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key affiliates while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix. /liliCollaborate closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support overall business objectives. /liliSupport SharkNinja product launches, key trading moments, and the testing of new growth opportunities. /liliContribute to regional and global best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the affiliate channel. /li /ulh3Administration /h3ulliOwn day-to-day affiliate platform and network management. /liliCreate promotional codes and manage sample send-outs, commission adjustments, campaign setups, sales validations. /liliBrief, coordinate, and manage banner and creative requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperations. /liliEnsure accurate tracking, attribution, product feeds, and smooth technical execution across all affiliate activities. /liliManage budgets, onboard vendors, coordinate contracts with Legal as well as relevant invoice coordination.
