We are looking for a bdriven specialist /b with strong bAffiliate Partner Marketing experience /b in Italy to help execute and scale our strategy in line with our ambitious DTC trading and growth objectives. /p pReporting into the bPerformance Marketing Manager /b, you will be responsible for the bday-to-day execution and optimization of the affiliate channels /b, with the mission to manage affiliate programs, optimize sales initiatives, and accelerate growth with key partners across Italy. /p pThis role will execute and adapt the affiliate and partner plan, while planning and delivering promotions and growth initiatives across the region. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liExecute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Italy to drive DTC revenue growth.
/li liManage the AWIN affiliate network in close collaboration with AWIN Account Managers, ensuring best‑in‑class execution and performance. /li liIdentify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including publishers such as influencers, cashback, voucher, content‑ tech partners, price comparison sites, CPC cooperation’s etc. /li liNegotiate commercial terms and conditions with the affiliate network and individual affiliate partners to maximize performance and profitability. /li liPlan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives together with affiliate partners and the network. /li liManage creatives, offers, commissions, and ongoing communication with publishers within the affiliate network. /li liMonitor performance against KPIs, analyze trends, and continuously optimize the channel. /li liAttend meetings and prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders. /li liBuild and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key affiliates while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix. /li liCollaborate closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support overall business objectives. /li liSupport SharkNinja product launches, key trading moments, and the testing of new growth opportunities. /li liContribute to regional and global best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the affiliate channel. /li /ul h3Administration /h3 ul liOwn day‑to‑day affiliate platform and network management. /li liCreate promotional codes and manage sample send‑outs, commission adjustments, campaign setups, sales validations. /li liBrief, coordinate, and manage banner and creative requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperations. /li liEnsure accurate tracking, attribution, product feeds, and smooth technical execution across all affiliate activities. /li liManage budgets, onboard vendors, coordinate contracts with Legal as well as relevant invoice coordination. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liExperience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing and/or performance marketing. /li liStrong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, platforms, and top publishers in Italy. /li liHands‑on experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN experience preferred).
