ph3Categoria: FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) /h3 h3Luogo di lavoro: Roma /h3 pPer gruppo internazionale di settore FMCG ricerco un/una FPA Manager per la sede di Roma. /p pIn this role the candidate will lead the financial planning and analysis activities of the organization, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, optimize business performance, and ensure the achievement of financial objectives. He/She will act as a key partner to senior leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and long-term planning processes. The candidate will be in charge of: /p ul liActing as a strategic finance partner to the Head of Finance and senior leadership team, providing financial insights to support business decisions and drive sustainable growth /li liLeading the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Budget, Forecasting, and Long-Term Planning (LTP) processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery /li liMonitoring and analyzing monthly financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities against budget, forecast, and prior year results /li liPreparing and presenting executive-level financial reporting, management dashboards, and performance reviews to support strategic decision-making /li liDriving financial performance management through robust variance analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments /li liManaging and enhancing financial models to support business planning, investment evaluations, and strategic initiatives /li liPartnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and resource allocation decisions /li liDeveloping business cases for investments, capital expenditures, and transformation projects,



ensuring alignment with corporate objectives /li liLeading cash flow forecasting and supporting working capital optimization initiatives where applicable /li liEnsuring consistency and accuracy of financial data across reporting systems and planning tools /li liIdentifying opportunities to improve FPA processes, reporting capabilities, automation, and data visualization tools to increase efficiency and business insight /li liSupporting month-end and quarter-end closing activities through financial analysis and performance commentary /li liInfluencing stakeholders across functions by promoting a data-driven culture, financial discipline, and accountability for results /li /ul h3Requisiti: /h3 pWe are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and results-oriented professional with strong financial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. What the candidate will need: /p ul liMaster's degree in Economics, or Management Engineering /li li7-8 years of experience in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA), Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering roles within complex multinational organizations /li liStrong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance management, and management reporting /li liDeep understanding of PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, profitability analysis, and financial KPIs /li liProven ability to translate financial data into business insights and strategic recommendations /li liAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting financial results to senior leadership /li liStrong proficiency in Excel, financial planning systems, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
