ph3Overview /h3pJob Title: Customer Engineer Thermal Management, Location: Milan, Italy. You will provide hands-on support to the Thermal maintenance team by assisting with routine maintenance tasks, equipment handling, site preparation and general laboring duties to help ensure the efficient and safe operation of chiller systems and related plant infrastructure. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAssist with scheduled and reactive maintenance of chillers and associated equipment. /liliHandle tools, materials, and components as directed by the service technicians. /liliSupport the technician during tasks such as filter changes, coil cleaning, basic cleaning of mechanical plant, manual handling, ensuring safe access to equipment, and transport of parts to and from site. /liliFollow all health,



safety and environmental procedures and report any hazards. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience of working in a technical service or test environment of air conditioning equipment is essential. /liliComputer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, and common office programs). /liliPrevious field service experience is essential. /liliExcellent customer service skills. /liliStrong communication skills. /liliSelf-starter with the ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively, and to work under pressure. /liliClean, valid driving license. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
