JOB MISSION

Hair Care Global Education & Events & Hospitality

while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead the planning and execution of global Hairstylists Education training events, ensuring alignment with business and education objectives

Oversee Hospitality events at Davines Headquarters, delivering memorable and consistent brands experiences

Manage international and regional events from concept development to post-event evaluation

Lead the organization of Corporate events, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners

Manage local shows, trade exhibitions and B2C events, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency

Define event project plans, timelines, priorities and resource allocation

Monitor and optimize event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency

Negotiate with agencies, suppliers and venues, building long-term partnerships





Track event KPIs and prepare post-event analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement

WHO YOU ARE:

Fluent in English is mandatory and another language would be a plus

At least 5-7 years of previous experience in Event Management, Organization and Planning role in structured environments

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, Economics, Events Management or related subjects

Passionate about the Beauty/Professional Hair Care Industry

Time management and scheduling competencies

Budget management and negotiation skills

Presentation and communication ability

Flexible, hands-on and practical mindset

Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle

Creativity, craftmanship and manual skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Accustomed to working in multilanguage and multicultural teams

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity, adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive approach in dynamic environments
