ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine electrical specifications for machinery and equipment used in cable manufacturing processes. /li liDesign and develop solutions involving electrical systems, automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems. /li liEvaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions. /li liSupport the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment in Prysmian plants worldwide. /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, reliability, and operational efficiency. /li liDrive continuous improvement by identifying innovative engineering solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics /li liAt least five to seven years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector. /li liSimilar role means an experience in process automation. /li liEnglish Proficiency /li liGood communication, negotiation and team working skills. /li liAbility to understand the context of the work environment /li liManagement of inter-departmental and multicultural relations. /li liAbility to identify potential problems, and propose solutions. /li liAvailability to travel.
