We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our bHair Care Global Education Events Hospitality /b while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO: /h3 ul liLead the planning and execution of global Hairstylists Education training events, ensuring alignment with business and education objectives /li liOversee Hospitality events at Davines Headquarters, delivering memorable and consistent brands experiences /li liManage international and regional events from concept development to post-event evaluation /li liLead the organization of Corporate events, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners /li liManage local shows, trade exhibitions and B2C events, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency /li liDefine event project plans, timelines, priorities and resource allocation /li liMonitor and optimize event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency /li liNegotiate with agencies, suppliers and venues,



building long-term partnerships /li liTrack event KPIs and prepare post-event analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE: /h3 ul liFluent in English is mandatory and another language would be a plus /li liAt least 5-7 years of previous experience in Event Management, Organization and Planning role in structured environments /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, Economics, Events Management or related subjects /li liPassionate about the Beauty/Professional Hair Care Industry /li liTime management and scheduling competencies /li liBudget management and negotiation skills /li liPresentation and communication ability /li liFlexible, hands-on and practical mindset /li liHave a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle /li liCreativity, craftmanship and manual skills /li liAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously /li liAccustomed to working in multilanguage and multicultural teams /li liStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity, adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive approach in dynamic environments /li liTeam work /li /ul h3WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US /h3 pAt Davines Group, we may not be perfect, but we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
