ppDo you have the technical skills to assist our customers around Italy? Salary range: €35,000 - €45,000 (depending on experience). What you would do as our Field Technician Reporting to the Italy Country Manager and the Regional Technical Director of Traka South Europe, you will join a growing Italian team, gaining deep expertise in Traka key-management systems and playing a strategic role in consolidating the launch and growth of Traka’s brand-new Italian branch, directly contributing to customer success. This position is a field-based role, with frequent travels across Italy (~ 70%). /ph3What you would do /h3ulliReview and prepare Traka equipment prior to delivery. /liliPerform preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and train end-users on the Traka application and best-practice workflows. /liliInstall and commission key cabinets and locker systems and assisting with software installation configuration, ensuring seamless integration /liliDeliver exceptional customer support by diagnosing and resolving incidents, including performing on-site repairs and component replacements. /liliContinuously upskill, staying at the forefront of Traka product developments. /li /ulh3The skills and experience you need /h3ulliHas a technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics (FP II / Diploma or higher), or equivalent relevant hands‑on experience in electronic and mechanical assembly. /liliis willing to travel across Italy, has a valid driving license and excellent command of English, both spoken and written. /liliHas a Dynamic and curious personality, able to cooperate in cross-functional teams with a highly professional attitude.
