ph3Transform the everyday for everyone /h3 pAt Siemens, we enable sustainable progress through technology, connecting the real and digital worlds to improve how we live, work, and move. /p pWe put our people first - creating a diverse, global environment where you can grow, take ownership, and make a real impact from day one. /p pHere, your ideas turn into innovative solutions that transform industries, infrastructure, mobility and everyday life. /p pYour next chapter starts here! /p h3Your role: /h3 pAs an bEHS Officer /b, you will be part of the bElectrification and Automation /b area, driving and supporting the implementation of the Business Unit's EHS strategy across projects and operations, ensuring the effective integration of EHS requirements into everyday business activities. /p pCombining strategic vision with a strong field presence, you will promote a proactive safety culture, provide guidance to operational teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of EHS performance across the Business Unit. /p h3You’ll make an impact by: /h3 ul liDriving the implementation of the Business Unit's EHS strategy, policies, standards, and sustainability objectives through a prevention‑driven and continuous improvement approach. /li liActing as the trusted EHS partner for Business Unit management, supporting the integration of EHS requirements into business decisions and operational activities. /li liCollaborating with Business Unit management, Project Managers, EHS and other corporate functions to develop and improve EHS processes, while ensuring effective risk management throughout project execution and operational activities. /li liEnsuring the effective implementation of EHS standards across projects and operations through robust documentation management, audits, inspections, site reviews, performance monitoring, and the timely closure of corrective actions.



/li liLeading and coordinating the investigation of incidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and near‑miss events, identifying root causes, monitoring performance trends, and promoting initiatives aimed at continuously improving EHS performance. /li liManaging EHS aspects related to contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, including qualification processes, onboarding activities, documentation reviews, audits, and performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements. /li liSupporting the management of environmental aspects within the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations and company requirements, including waste management, Substance of Concern (SOC) management, and related environmental obligations. /li liPromoting a strong safety culture through visible leadership, coaching, inductions, toolbox talks, training programs, communication campaigns, and engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening competencies, accountability, and safe behaviors across all organizational levels. /li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 7 years’ experience in managing EHS activities within industrial, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project‑based environments. /li liAdvanced knowledge of EHS requirements according to Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08 and Environmental regulations). /li liASPP qualification according to applicable legislation.
