/li liLeading and coordinating the investigation of incidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and near‑miss events, identifying root causes, monitoring performance trends, and promoting initiatives aimed at continuously improving EHS performance. /li liManaging EHS aspects related to contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, including qualification processes, onboarding activities, documentation reviews, audits, and performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements. /li liSupporting the management of environmental aspects within the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations and company requirements, including waste management, Substance of Concern (SOC) management, and related environmental obligations. /li liPromoting a strong safety culture through visible leadership, coaching, inductions, toolbox talks, training programs, communication campaigns, and engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening competencies, accountability, and safe behaviors across all organizational levels. /li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 7 years’ experience in managing EHS activities within industrial, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project‑based environments. /li liAdvanced knowledge of EHS requirements according to Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08 and Environmental regulations). /li liASPP qualification according to applicable legislation.
