What You'll Do
Own end-to-end onboarding logistics for both national and international new hires, acting as the main point of contact for onboarding-related activities
Manage the LMS (Learning Management System): administer employee subscriptions/licenses and create new learning activities under supervision
Support core HRIS administration, keeping the system (HiBob) accurately updated in line with existing HR processes
Produce data analysis and reporting on learning & development metrics to support decision-making
Provide general administrative support to the HR/L&D; team as needed
What You'll Need
Based in the Milan metropolitan area, able to work on-site regularly
Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with HR tech platforms — e.g., LMS, HRIS/HR systems — and/or AI tools that support automation and efficiency
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
What's nice to have
Prior exposure to HiBob or similar HRIS platforms
Experience with data reporting or analytics (Excel,

Power BI, or similar)
Interest or coursework in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
Curiosity about how AI tools can streamline HR/L&D; workflows
