in compliance with product safety and quality standards. /li liInteracts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level.Supports activities aimed at achieving PME (Continuous Improvement) targets. /li liPeople management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation. /li liHSE: Supervises and monitors the correct observance of safety rules (in charge) and implements corrective actions. /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liEngineering Master’s degree. /li liBetween 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles is required. /li liGood knowledge of the English language. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods. /li liCommunication and Leadership. /li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 ul liThe employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement. /li liThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 55.000. /li liThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. /li liThe position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
