Bolton Home, Personal Care & Beauty – Industrial, Operations & Supply – Milano, IT is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Milan.
You will lead the domestic Personal Care demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasts, optimal stock levels, and close alignment with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
We expect 2–3 years in FMCG demand planning, a strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills.
